TransEngland occurs on the first full weekend in April each year.

Start: Friday 3 April 2026, anytime from 8pm to midnight on Morecambe Pier End: The Diving Belle statue in Scarborough
Key points:
The route is from Morecambe to Scarborough:~270km long with ~5,000m of ascent taking in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.
The trial consists of a start point, 6 checkpoints, and an end point. You choose the route passing through these checkpoints.
Post a timestamped photo on Instagram at the start, at each checkpoint, and at the finish tagging @theracingcollective and using the event hashtag. See the 'Trans' Rules for more.
